Question of the Week: Dining Review Shelf-Life
In the July 4, 2010 edition of the WPost Magazine, a writer asks the food critic what the shelf-life is of a restaurant review. The response: "Restaurants are like people: subject to change. The shelf life for must dining reviews is brief; as a rule of thumb, I'd be skeptical of anything more than a year old."
