Pretty Cool "bling" index. The CLEWI reportedly has been rising much faster than the CPI (consumer price index). This, says George F. Will (11/11/07 WPost), "is the outer symptom of a fascinating psychological phenomenon: Envy is increasing while - and perhpas even faster than - wealth does."
