I do not know about the recipe cited here, because I imagine it is difficult for dolce de leche to blend into the traditional quatro leches mixture and being absorbed fully into the cake. For quarto leches (pastel de cuatro leches), I would recommend the recipe quoted in Saveur issue 108: http://www.saveur.com/article/Food/Dulce-de-Leche-Cake
