I am convinced that happiness cannot be defined. It really depends on each individual’s experience and perception. Therefore, I do not seek an advice from others’ experiences on how to be happy, even though research and statistics on the subject interests me. That’s said, I like talking about happiness with people I am close to, as a way of understanding that person, and thus, learning how I can make him/her happier.
